Factory Selection & Vetting
We match your product category, order profile, and compliance requirements to the right factory from our vetted network. Every factory is presented with a full credential pack — not a name and a price.
Included: factory vetting, capability assessment, credential pack preparation.
Sample Development Management
We manage the full sample development process — from technical pack review through counter sample approval. We review technical packs before production begins and flag specification ambiguity before it becomes a quality problem.
Included: technical pack review, factory briefing, sample timeline management, buyer communication.
Production Oversight
We oversee bulk production with a defined oversight protocol — including a midpoint report at 50% production completion with status update and production floor photography. We do not wait for problems to surface.
Included: pre-production meeting, midpoint report, inline inspection coordination.
Quality Control & Inspection
We coordinate pre-shipment inspection through SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek. Inspection reports are shared within 24 hours of completion. If inspection fails, we provide a resolution plan with the report — not an apology after it.
Included: inspection booking, report review, fail resolution management.
Compliance Documentation
We maintain a live compliance document library for every factory in our network. All compliance requests — OEKO-TEX, BSCI, Sedex, REACH, GOTS — are fulfilled within 48 business hours.
Included: certificate management, REACH compliance statement, document pack assembly.
Shipping & Documentation Support
We support shipment documentation preparation and coordinate with freight forwarders. Shipping documents are sent to the buyer within 24 hours of vessel departure.
Included: shipping document review, B/L coordination, packing list verification, country of origin documentation.
